Lend Lease Group has reached financial close on a $US377 million ($A389.5 million) army family housing project in Alaska.
Lend Lease reached the close with the US Department of the Army for the delivery of the North Haven Communities involving the development of two Army installations at Fort Wainwright and Fort Greely.
The project involves development, construction, renovation and management of 1,815 homes over 50 years.

The $US377 million is the initial development budget over the first seven years.
