Seven Network Ltd has appointed one of its executives to the position of chief financial officer of its media assets.
Warwick Lynch will become chief financial officer of Seven Media Group, which holds Seven's television, magazine and online properties, the company said in a statement on Thursday.
Seven Media Group is a joint-venture between the Seven Network and Kohlberg Kravis Roberts and Co.

Mr Lynch has been with Seven for 14 years and is currently group financial controller of the Seven Network.
Seven Media Group chief executive David Leckie said in a statement the appointment "recognises the importance to the continued financial success of Seven Media Group".
