AGO - ATLAS IRON LTD - down 6.5 cents at $1.88
AXO - AUROX RESOURCES LTD - down 2.5 cents at 60 cents
Aurox Resources says documentation for its friendly merger with Atlas Iron has taken longer than expected but will soon be complete and submitted to the corporate watchdog for review.

BBG - BILLABONG INTERNATIONAL LTD - down one cent at $9.40
Billabong International says the Supreme Court of Queensland has determined the company validly terminated its Indonesian licence agreement in 2005.

CMW - CROMWELL CORPORATION LTD - down half a cent at 68.5 cents
Property manager Cromwell Group has entered into due diligence for the acquisition of more than $1.5 billion worth of funds managed by Orchard.

GBM - GREATER BENDIGO GOLD MINES LTD - up 0.2 cent at 2.6 cents
BDG - BENDIGO MINING LTD - down 0.5 cent at 21.5 cents
Greater Bendigo Gold Mines says it has bought an option to acquire the Bendigo Creek Tailings Project from Bendigo Mining for around $320,000 at current values.

MQG - MACQUARIE GROUP LTD - closed on Wednesday at $42.20
Macquarie Group has been named as one of the underwriters for the Agricultural Bank of China's proposed IPO, which received approval from Chinese regulators on Wednesday and could raise between $US20 billion ($A24.72 billion) and $US30 billion ($A37.08 billion).

NBL - NONI B LTD - down 2.5 cents at $1.15
Clothing retailer Noni B is expecting annual net profit between $3.4 million and $3.8 million in the 2010 financial year, up from $2.3 million in the prior year.

TCL - TRANSURBAN GROUP - up four cents at $4.45
Tollway operator Transurban Group began a retail bookbuild after the share market closed on Wednesday as part of its $542.3 million entitlement offer announced in May.

TLS - TELSTRA CORPORATION LTD - up four cents at $3.15
Telstra Corporation remains genuinely committed to talks with the federal government and NBN Co Ltd over the establishment of the national broadband network but doesn't know how long the discussions will take, says Telstra chief financial officer John Stanhope.

WTF - WOTIF.COM HOLDINGS LTD - up nine cents at $4.99
Online accommodation and travel booking site Wotif.com expects full-year profit to rise as much as 29 per cent as occupancy levels in Australia remain strong.
